Kite GRC is a Governance, Risk & Compliance platform provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or on-premise deployment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (b) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service.
The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kite GRC and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service.
Kite GRC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
